California flatbows
Some of the most beautiful bows in north america come from the west coast in California. The bows from the Klamath region and its surrounding are very intricate weapons. many were sinew backed but there were also selfbows. In 1912 a native american by the name of Ishi came out of the woods in northern California, from him we learned a great deal about these weapons. they ranged from 38-56 inches. The longer bows were usually used in war and were heavier than the average hunting bows.
Pigments: Your choice of acrylic or natural pigments. keep in mind the natural pigments are more difficult to apply hence costs a bit extra.
